Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

You may return non-perishable food items purchased from blicket.co.za within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Condition of Items: Returned items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  2. Return Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@blicket.co.za and provide your order details.
  3. Photo Documentation: As part of the return process, you must email clear and detailed photos of the items to be returned to sales@blicket.co.za. These photos will serve as documentation to ensure that the products are received in the same condition as sent by you, the customer.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  5. Return Approval: We will review your return request, including the emailed photos, and provide instructions for returning the items. All returns are subject to approval.

Refunds:

Refunds for returned non-perishable food items will be processed as follows:

  1. Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, along with the emailed photos, we will process the refund within 7 days of receipt on our side.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
